Our Story
Trick-R-Tee was established in 2015 under the BYOU brand with one mission: to flip Halloween
culture into everyday streetwear. What started as a side idea soon became a movement—a
mashup of retro horror, 90s nostalgia, and street-style energy.
We grew up on VHS slashers, cult classics, and old-school hip-hop aesthetics. But we noticed
the tees out there were either too generic or too played out. We wanted something bolder—
something that felt like rocking your favorite horror movie poster and your favorite mixtape at
the same time.
From the beginning, Trick-R-Tee fused exclusive designs, bold prints, and premium comfort.
We printed our first runs for friends, local events, and haunted house nights, and the response
was instant. People loved the idea of wearing something that looked like it could be a lost VHS
cover, a mixtape drop, or a streetwear collab—limited pieces that stood out far beyond
October.
By the time 2021 hit, Trick-R-Tee was no longer just a seasonal drop—it had become a lifestyle
brand for people who live spooky, think bold, and want their fits to match their vibe year-round.
In 2023, we leveled up again, focusing on limited-edition, retro-horror mashups inspired by
iconic slashers, cult films, and hip-hop culture.

day one.
